At its core, Check a Biz exists to help consumers like you have better shopping experiences. To that end, we think that our new feature, the Review Alert System, will help members out a lot!
REVIEW ALERT SYSTEM:
Check a Biz is putting the finishing touches on a new collaborative feature called the Review Alert System. The Review Alert System will act as a communication bridge between customers and local businesses around town that really care what their customers think.
Here's how it works:
(get more detail on how the Review Alert System works)
Benefits:
The Review Alert System will allow Check a Biz members like you (Not registered yet? Click here. It's 100% free) to tell businesses exactly what you thought about your experience, and the business will be able to listen and quickly respond to you (but only if you want them to)! It's like having a direct line to the owner of the company anytime you have something to say about the business!
This system will drastically increase the liklihood that local businesses will take their customers' opinions seriously and make more customer-focused decisions. Now, we just need every business in the area to sign up to be a part of the Review Alert System, right? Read on...
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The Review Alert System needs just 2 things to be wildly successful: 1) consumers rating businesses (i.e. Check a Biz members like you) and 2) businesses who are interested in listening to and learning from their customers. We think that every business in the area would benefit from understanding their customers better, don't you?
Do you think the businesses that you use really care what you think? Do they really want to hear what you have to say about their business? There's only one way to find out: Ask them!
Here's what to do: Print off some special Awareness Cards (which can be found on our Member Resources page) and leave them at the businesses you use. Remind these businesses that they are being rated on Check a Biz. Encourage them to listen to you by using the Review Alert System. Give them an Awareness Card!
